3 Hang Squat Snatches

Build to a challenging but manageable 3 hang snatches. For athletes with restrictions (mobility or technical proficiency), power snatches may be used.

For newer athletes using a bar or a very lightweight perform 3 hang power snatches every 90 seconds for some added volume.
