20 Min AMRAP In Teams Of Three

“Synchronicity”

Two athletes perform the synchronized “work” while the other athlete performs the hold.

30 T2B & 155/225 Deadlift hold (supine grip)

30 HRPU & Plank (forearms)

30 Burpee Pull Ups & Hollow Hold on rings

30 Wall Balls 14/20# & Hollow body hold on ground

*Both athletes need to be keeping in sync (not Nsync) for reps to count

**Working athletes can only count reps and start when the static athlete is in their holding position
