We haven’t had a holiday workout for a while and with last nights storm today’s plans will be modified to stay indoors.

Today’s workout will be a task oriented workout with a partner which can be done in any order. We will be warming up together and going over all the movements before we start the workout. You and your partner will knock off 153 reps of each movement taking turns and switching as needed with only one person working at a time. Every time you finish a movement that requires equipment, we ask they you clean it and put it back so it’s ready for other members to use.
