Today’s workout is a long chipper. Perform the above meters on the rower and chalk up and lock in for the loaded carry. The weights above are for EACH HAND so yes, you’ll need two kettlebells or DB’s The loaded carry is from the garage door to the back wall (one length), back to the garage door would be two lengths… Pace yourself on the rower and pick weights you can hang on to for dear life! This workout will be performed in our group strength & conditioning classes & Starke Sweat!
