A. 5 sets, w/ 2 min rest b/w

B. 15 min AMRAP
Workout Notes/Intentions: Part A is meant to be done with a barbell if possible. KB’s and DB’s are great alternatives if a BB is unavailable. You should build to a challenging weight for this complex, before beginning to count your sets. You can add some weight as you progress through your sets. You should need to sit down between sets and rest. S2OH should be a push press or push jerk (if you are strict pressing it is too light!)
The AMRAP for Part B can be done with a BB as well. Deadlifts should be a moderate weight, something that allows you to do 5 reps straight through. HSPU or pike pushups should be done in 1-2 sets. Use the cals as recovery if needed, so you can get right off and back to your deadlifts without needing to rest.
