Today we build on our deadlift program. Build to and find your heavy three deadlifts aiming for 70%, 80% and 90% for your first, second and third set of deadlifts. Your strict press should be heavy for five. Don’t rush for to the bells after you deadlift as your presses are a second priority in this workout.

Part B is a quick triplet. Your KB reps should be unbroken from your swings transitioning into your swings. Pace the row so you can get back to work on your bell as soon as you finish.
