Workout Notes/Intentions: today’s workout format is as follows: 5 min AMRAP, then rest 2 minutes. You will then perform the exact rounds and reps in reverse order that you completed in the AMRAP, for time. Example: if you do 5+12 in A1, then in A2 you do that exact score, stating with 2 burpees, 10 cals (12 reps) then 5 burpees, 10 cals (1 round) etc. until complete. The goal is to be around that 5 minute mark or just under! Same style follows for B and C. Rest as needed between A, B and C, coach will manage this. Quick transitions and light weights are intended for today’s WOD.
