Even Minutes: 5 KB Strict Press

While building, alternate between building your three heavy front squats for the day and finding a challenging weight for five heavy strict kettlebell press.

10 Box Jumps

Part B is a “simple” couplet. Break the thrusters up as needed but try and at least get 6 reps done before dropping the bar (it’s always nice to get past the halfway point). Use DB’s or KB’s for thrusters if needed and step ups can be used as an alternate to box jumps.
