A. 20 min AMRAP

B. 0:30 on / 0:30 off until 100 reps complete

Workout Notes/Intentions: The back squat jumps and back rack lunges can be done with a barbell if you have. Choose a moderately light weight that will allow you to do the 20 reps in 1-2 sets. Since the bar is on your back, you can take some rest without putting the bar down. Pull-ups and HSPU’s don’t need to be unbroken. Sub any type of row for pull-ups and pike pushups for HSPU’s.
Part B will be done in a 30 second work / 30 second rest format. You will work until you complete 100 burpees. Work to rest ratio is one to one. Go hard during your work and try to get those reps done in as few sets as possible!
