Workout Notes/Intentions: Today’s workout is good preparation for the Crossfit Open. It begins with 10 rounds of 30 DU and 10 DB snatch, both of which should be doable unbroken. Quick transitions for today will be key. 4 minutes of rest follows the 10 rounds. Then you will do 10 rounds of 10 pullups and 10 single DB step ups (5 per side). DB can be held on one shoulder or in a front rack position. 4 minutes of rest is given again after your 10 rounds. Then the workout finishes with 50 burpee box jump overs. Try to keep moving through them; it is a big set which can be daunting. Those last 8-10 reps should see a noticeable speed increase. Finish strong!
