Workout Notes/Intentions: For Part A, you are not completing this for time so you can rest as needed, and also monitor the number of people in the rack at one time. Split squats can be weighted with DB’s or KB’s. Pull-ups can also be weighted for extra challenge. 

Part B can be done fully in your training box. You will use a single pair of dumbbells for all three movements.
