40 min partner AMRAP
40 power cleans
40 front rack lunges
40 burpee box jumps
Workout Notes/Intentions: Todays WOD is a partner workout, and you may split the work however you like. You may use a BB, DB’s or KB’s. Cleans are from the ground. Cals can be on any machine. Burpee box jumps are not jump overs (to allow for space). T2b can be subbed for HLR or dragon flags. You can stay in your own training square for the workout, just try to be nearby your partners square so you can communicate!
