10 RFT
“Down & Dirty”
6 Bucket Over Burpees
10 Goblet Squats 20/30#
50 Double Unders or Single Unders

*Use an object to jump over for the burpees
*Body Weight squats or some sort of weight can be used for the squats
*Toe taps on a step, box, table, chair or bench will work.

Start off slower because it starts to suck around the fifth round. Your last few rounds should be faster than the first few if you pace correctly.
