Friday 03-26-2021 Workout Of the Day

A. EMOM x 30 min
1: 10 dbl KB C&J
2: 15 box jumps
3: 10 dbl KB squat clean
4: 15/12 cals
5: 10 dbl KB front rack step ups

B. 5:00 dbl OH KB hold*
*15 hollow rocks every time you break

Workout Notes/Intentions: Part A is an EMOM. You will choose your weight for the KB movements. You want to get about 20 seconds of rest each minute- just enough to allow you to continue with the workout and not miss any minutes. If reps need to be adjusted, you can do so or check with your coach for a suggestion. It is a total of 6 rounds. 

Part B will be a double KB overhead hold or walk- weight is athletes choice. Each you break you must stop and do 15 hollow rocks, before continuing until 5 minutes has been complete.
