Workout Notes/Intentions: Part A will be done from the racks. You can share and wipe down between sets, you can bring a portable rack in your square, or you can stay in your square, go from the ground each set and go lighter. Rest 2-3 minutes between sets. 

Part B is a very short metcon. The buy-in is 50 anchored sit ups. Use the dumbbells that you’ll be using for step overs to anchor your feet. In the time that remains, perform max rep dumbbell step overs. You don’t need to stand up fully on the box; just both feet must touch the top of the box before touching both feet down on the ground on the other side. Two dumbbells should be held at your sides (hook grip may help!). Count your reps and rest as needed. Score = total step overs.
