5 BB Front Squats or 5-8 DB/KB Tempo Squats @31×1
3-5 Strict Pull-Ups
For today’s EMOM pick a weight or method that you’ll be able to repeat your reps with about 90 seconds rest in between. Example. By the time you squat for five reps and rerack the weight you’ll have about 30 seconds before you need to start your strict pull-ups or variation. Essentially you have about 90 seconds of “rest” before going back to the squats. The same will go for pull-ups. More isn’t better. Better will be better.

10 Hang Power Cleans
Part B. can be done with a BB, DB’s, Or Kettlebells. This should be a weight that you can typically go 10 straight through on all of these movements. You may need to break up the Hang cleans and S2OH but should be able to go straight through on the lunges and put a dent in the cleans 🙂
