A. Front Squats

Workout Notes/Intentions: Part A will be done from the rack if possible. Otherwise you can choose to stay in your square and clean the bar from the ground. Your limiter will be the clean, so you may choose to add a tempo or a few reps to challenge yourself if you are going from the floor. Rest 2-3 minutes between sets.
Part B will be 3 sets of a 3 minute AMRAP, with 1:30 rest in between. Pick up where you leave off each round. Score is final rounds and reps after 3 sets. Choose a light enough weight that allows you to get through the barbell movements unbroken, or breaking them once.
