Today’s workout is going to test your grip. The reps and weight are high enough that you’ll need to break your reps up on some exercises. You should be able to go straight through on the deadlifts rest before going through on the Rea. rows, Break only once if needed on the hang squat cleans and break once on the S2OH. Keep in mind that you’ll get a 60 second break at the end of each round so you can push the pace a little as you get close to finishing.
