A. Back Squats

Workout Notes: Every 3 minutes you will perform 4 back squats from the rack. If you were here last Friday, you will have done 5 sets of 5 reps. Try to increase the weight from last week. Sit down and rest between sets.
Part B is a short metcon. Try to go unbroken on the squat jumps and choose a weight that allows for that. Breakup the pullups into a few sets. Try to go unbroken on your last round of 9’s. Finish strong with a hard sprint on the rowers.
