A. Back Squats

B. For time:
50 box jumps @20/24″
25 pushups
50 front rack lunges @35/45#
25 t2b

Workout Notes: Part A will be from the rack. Build to a challenging set of 3 back squats, and perform 1 set every 3 minutes. Last week on Wednesday we did 5 sets of 4; if you were here for that, aim to go heavier. Sit down and rest between sets.

Part B is one round for time. It is meant to be a short, quick metcon. The front rack lunges will be done with an empty barbell, and the goal is to not put that bar down. Post your final times to the whiteboard.
