A. 4 x 6:00 work / 3:00 rest
300m run (buy-in each round)
AMRAP in time remaining
3 DL @155/225#
6 bar facing burpees
9 box jump overs @20/24″

B. 3 rounds w/ empty barbell
10 skull crushers
10 strict press
10 curls

Workout Intentions/Notes: Part A is essentially a 6 min AMRAP, repeated 4 times. Each AMRAP begins with a 300m run as the buy-in. When you return from the run, you should have at least 4 minutes on the clock for the AMRAP. The goal is consistent scores for each round; ideally improving gradually as you progress and having the 4th AMRAP be your best effort.

Part B is a nice little finisher. Rest as little as possible and get those reps done.
