A. Push Press

Workout Notes/Intentions: For Part A, you will need to clean the barbell from the ground. Goal is to build to a challenging set of 3 push press and hit all 5 sets at that weight. Between each set of push press, you will complete a 1:00 plank, with weight if possible. Goal is to do 1:00 with no break, so if that is challenging as is with no weight, stick to bodyweight. Some people may choose to add a plate on their back for added challenge.

For Part B, you may choose to push press or push jerk your reps. You will likely want to break up the S2OH into a few sets (8 and 7 or 9 and 6 are good options). Burpees should be quick. If you can jump over the bar, you should be jumping for the entirety of the workout! Goal is unbroken on the double unders if possible.
