GYM NEWS: Just a reminder that our parking lot is getting prepped and paved Friday and Saturday so if you hate running in workouts, these are the days to come! Workout Notes/Intentions: Today’s workout is essentially 6 x 4 minute AMRAPs, with 2 minutes of rest between each. You will alternate between set 1 and 2. You buy-in with a 250m row or ski each AMRAP. Try to use a rower or ski erg for this workout rather than a bike. If you want to share with someone near you and alternate between a rower and ski erg each set, that works too! After the buy-in row/ski you should have around 3 minutes for the AMRAP. The DB movements should be unbroken throughout. Score for each workout is your AMRAP rounds + reps.
