Workout Notes: Part A is a clean complex. The first 2 reps are from the floor, the second 2 from the hang. Try to hold onto the barbell for all 4 reps. Sit down and rest between sets. Build to a heavy weight today, and repeat all sets at that weight, or build slightly throughout your 6 sets if you wish.
Part B is 3 minutes on, 2 minutes off for 3 sets. Pick up where you leave off after each 3 minute interval. Record one final score at the end of total rounds + reps. Pick a weight that you can move unbroken for most of the work.
