500m row (buy-in)
AMRAP:
10 hang C&J
10 front squats
RX: 65/95#
Int: 55/75#
Beg: 35/45#
Workout Notes: Part A is a clean and jerk complex. Build to a challenging weight before starting your working sets. You can build throughout your working sets as well.
Part B is 2 x 6 minute AMRAPs, with 3 minutes of rest between each. You will buy-in with a 500m row, then alternate between 10 hang C&J and 10 front squats in the time remaining. Record you score on the AMRAP. After 3 minutes of rest you will repeat the exact same thing, hopefully improving your score slightly!
