Today’s workout is a partner throwdown. Choose weights you can hit 10 unbroken reps with before switching working partners. Every six minutes beginning at 0, 7, 14, 21, & 28 minutes stop cranking out reps and complete 40/50kcal before picking up where you left off. 40kcal for teams of two females 50 Kcal for mixed teams and males.
