E4M – 5
3 Deadlifts + 5 Weighted Pull Ups

Part A. is all about strength. Find a heavy three deadlifts and keep building through your rounds if possible. Make your pull ups as tough as possible to help build that raw strength required for strict pull ups. Add weight if possible!

B.
AMRAP – 10
“Bum Wrecker”
6 Hang Squat Cleans
8 Alt. Front Rack Lunges
10 C2B Pull Ups / Pull Ups / Ring Rows

RX: 85/115#
Intermediate: 65/95#
Beginner: 55/75# +/-

Choose a weight you’ll be able to perform your hang squat cleans and go directly into your alternating lunges. Pull up variations should be done in 1-2 sets. Don’t wreck your bum with all the rounds and reps you’ll be doing!
