Today’s workout will be thirty seconds work and thirty seconds rest while your partner is working. Share the EMOM, and equipment unless you need different weights for barbells. Keep the intensity high as your work to rest ratio is 1:1. Once person 1 finishes their 30 seconds, immediately move to the next movement while your partner is working so you can start at the bell.
