A. Front Squats
5 x 5

B. 10 min AMRAP
10 thrusters @55/75#
10 pullups

Workout Notes/Intentions: We are back for another week of Front Squat Friday’s, this time without the tempo! Perform these reps from the rack. Build to a challenging set of 5 reps and repeat for 5 sets. Sit down and rest between sets,  2-3 minutes. 

Part B is a 10 minute AMRAP. Barbell weight is light today, with the goal of going unbroken on all rounds. You will likely cycle through several rounds in the 10 minutes so pace yourself to begin- 10 minutes of thrusters and pullups will feel like a long time! Use the transition between barbell and rig as recovery.
