Friday 10-23-2020 Workout Of the Day

A. 15 min build
1 power snatch + 1 hang squat snatch

B. For time:
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
power snatch
cal ski
box jumps

Workout Notes/Intentions: Part A will be a 15 minute build to a heavy power snatch (ground) + hang squat snatch. Hold onto the bar between reps.

Part B is a descending ladder. Try to go unbroken on the snatches if possible. If you need to break in the early rounds, get past the half-way point (i.e. 6+4). The reps are overall quite low, so you should be moving at a fairly quick pace. Once you get down to 4-3-2-1, you should be transitioning quick and moving with intensity.
