Workout Notes/Intentions: This Friday’s front squats are one less rep than last week. Perform these reps from the rack. Build to a challenging set of 4 reps and repeat for 5 sets. Sit down and rest between sets, 2-3 minutes. You should be going heavier than last week. 

Part B is one round for time. It begins with a 1000m ski. Thrusters are empty bar; try to hit big sets on these. 25 burpee box jumps is a fairly big set, but just chip away at them. If you can pick up the pace in the last few reps, do so.
