A.Front Squats

B. For time:
double KB deadlifts @50/70#
50/35 cal bike cashout

Workout Notes/Intentions: This Friday’s front squats are one less rep than last week. Perform these reps from the rack. Build to a challenging set of 3 reps and repeat for 5 sets. Sit down and rest between sets, 2-3 minutes. You should be going heavier than last week. 

Part B is a descending couplet. Double bell deadlift should be unbroken. pushups may have to be broken up into a few sets. Immediately after finishing the 1 deadlift and 1 pushup, you will cashout with 50/35 cals on the echo bike. The last 6-8 cals should be a hard sprint.
