A. Build to a 1 RM front squat

B. 10 min AMRAP
10 pullups
10 back squat jumps @65/95#

Workout Notes/Intentions: After several weeks of Friday front squats, we are testing our 1RM today! Coaches will help you warm up and build effectively for this test. Ne sure to record your PR’s on the board!

Part B is a couplet. You will be cycling between pullups and back squat jumps. The weight is intentionally light, so you can go unbroken on your sets. Break up pullups as you need by try and use the walk between rig and barbell as your recovery.
