For part A. Walking lunges can be done in the front rack position or overhead with a barbell or front rack or arms at your sides with kettlebells or dumbbells. Find a challenging weight for 8 to 10 reps and also a challenging method for your chin up variations.

Part B. is a 12 minute burner that will torch your upper body. Pick weights that will keep you moving and pace yourself accordingly.
