Today’s partner workout is a SPRINT! The goal is to finish each round in less than three minutes. Participants will actually complete a full round at race pace before the workout starts so yes, you’ll actually be doing four rounds each 🙂 The goal here is intensity so if the round is taking you over three minutes change to 45 seconds on each movement instead of aiming for a the prescribed reps.
