1. 8-10 DB Chest Press + Push-ups till failure
2. 8-10 Goblet squats + 10 DB Squat Jumps
3. 10 Ring rows + max DB bicep curls
2 x Sled sprints

B.
300/400m Ski Repeats w. 1:30 rest

Part A. is a little strength work with a max finisher after each exercise. The movements are competing movements so don’t expect a lot of extra reps after your initial exercise.

Part B. Is a ski repeat finisher for 300 & 400m with 1:30 rest in between sets. Be fast and stay consistent!
