In a four minute window, perform the above two movements. Build to a challenging weight to begin with and try to keep building through your workout.

Today’s workout is a quick burner with 30 reps of clean & Jerk followed by a 21/30 Kcal Ski. The Clean & Jerks are from the ground and can be done with DB’s or Kettlebells if needed. Pick a weight you can cycle a minimum of 7 reps and can complete your 30 reps in max 4-5 Sets. Once you get on the ski erg SEND IT on your way to the finish line.
