9 Alt Gorilla rows (18 total heavy two bells)

Today’s workout is a little AMRAP / Grinder hybrid. This workout will NOT be a race because of the time domain. Try to keep moving and challenge yourself. Use a heavy weight for the gorilla rows and share kettlebells if needed.
