1 Power Snatch + 1 Hang Squat Snatch + 1 OHS

Take time to build for part A. prior to starting AND through your six sets. If overhead barbell movements aren’t good for you, perform the clean variation if needed.

50 Double Unders / 100 Single Skips
8 Hang Power Snatches
10 Back Squat Jumps

RX: 65/95#
Intermediate: 55/75#
Beginner: 35/45#

Part B should be short and sweet. Find a weight that you’ll be able to cycle quick unbroken reps for and hammer down on that gas pedal. Modify movements and loading prior to the start of the workout if needed.
