Find a challenging three reps for the day and maintain or build through all five sets.

50 Sit Ups
40/32 Kcal Row
40 Sit Ups
30/24 Kcal Ski
30 Sit Ups
20/16 Kcal ECHO

Sit ups and cardio. Push the pace when you can and perform damage control when needed. This will be a gooder as we know how everyone loves sit ups 🙂
