One less rep than last week, same amount of time. If the body is ready and willing, go a little heavier than last week.

10 Hang Power Cleans
RX: 65/95#
INtermediate: 55/75#
Beginner: 45/65#
This workout will be short and sweet. Pick a weight you could go one round unbroken on from Hang power cleans to your S2OH You may or may not be able to keep that pace up the whole workout BUT you should come close 🙂
