GYM NEWS: Starting this Sunday we will be taking a break form Yoga classes over the summer. Jordan has a fairly intensive travel schedule for the summer and will be missing a lot of the classes.
We will be re-evaluating the program in the fall to see how we can serve members better and create a program that will increase functionality, performance, range of motion, and quality of life.

4 T2B + 4 Pull Ups + 4 C2B Pull Ups
5 Front Squats + 5 Jerks + 5 Thrusters 85/115#
5 KB Swings / Arm + 5 Snatches / Arm + 5 Back Lunges /side (kettlebell stays in right rack if the right leg is the working leg)
6 Deadlifts + 6 Hang Power Cleans + 6 Back Squat Jumps 85/115# (same weight as the round of five)
*This workout’s going to challenge your ability to communicate, keep timing, and control with your partner. Try to partner up with someone who has similar movement abilities to you. Coaches will take you through all the movements as pairs so you know EXACTLY what to do and when.
