Friday 5-06-22 Workout Of The Day

Today we’re hitting the Hero WOD “Glen” Now I know what you’re thinking… “What the hell is this?” We’ll I’m here to tell you, you can do it. We have different variations for people so if you want to hit this workout, there are lighter weights you can use. You can cut the run down a little or perform a 1600/2000m row, substitute the rope climbs for chin ups (30) and burpees… Well, if those need some mods too, we can do that.

The point is, if a workout looks like a lot, get your butt in here and we’ll help you to make it feel like it was made for just for YOU! With an appropriate challenge for any level…
