In teams of two…
“Team Kalsu” (cap 18)

For Time:
100 Thrusters 95/135# ~

On the Minute (Starting at 0:00) 5 Burpees 

‍* Hit 5 synchro burpees on the minute
* Split Thrusters However You’d Like 

Time Cap: 18 Minutes

Part A. Build to your 90ish percent over five rounds. Part B is one round of max reps. Hit it and quit it! This should be heavier than your 85% last week if you’re feelin good 🙂

Part C. is 100 thrusters for time with only one person working at a time. On the minute, perform 5 synchro burpees with your partner every minute on the minute (starting at 0:00)
