Take 12 minutes to establish a challenging & repeatable squat clean + 2 front squats.
Keep in mind that for part B. there will be other exercises involved and that these movements should be repeatable with some reserve left in the tank.

7 Strict Pull Ups / Ring Rows

Take 12 Minutes to establish a challenging double bell clean & front squat x 6 and a HEAVY kettlebell swing for 10 reps.
Keep in mind that for part B. there will be other exercises involved and that these movements should be repeatable with some reserve left in the tank.
