Today’s workout is a long solo effort. Pick a deadlift weight that can be done in 1-2 sets for your 10, box jumps should be consistent, T2B in 2-3 quick sets and push ups in less than 70 seconds. Modify numbers as needed or methods in warm up. The Sauté would taste even better if you wore a vest for this… 🙂
