Today’s workout consists of three 10 minute AMRAP’s with a 4 minute break in between each of them. The workout can be done with a barbell, DB’s or Kettlebells throughout. Every two minutes (at the 2, 4, 6 & 8 min mark) the bell with ring and participants will be running 100m before returning to the couplet and picking up where you left off.

This workout may look “easy on paper” while you sit in your air-conditioned home sipping your coffee or wine in the morning but make no mistake. You’re going to end up with some “Blurred Vision” by the end of this workout… 🙂
