Today we kick things off with some back squats in part A. where we’ll build to or above 67% of your one rep max back squat. For part B. we’ll find that percentage and go for fifteen unbroken reps.
Part C. Is a fifteen minute AMRAP of four movements. Pace yourself and move a little quicker as the clock comes to the end.
