2 Snatches from the ground
Perform two snatches from the ground. They can be full or power depending on your overhead squat ability. If Overhead is NOT a good option for you, perform cleans.
Then 5 rounds of
10 OH Squats
10 Box Jump Overs
Short and sweet, this workout is a couplet of five rounds sandwiched between two four hundred meter runs. Set a pace in the beginning and light it up for your last round or two before finishing on your run.
