A. 5 sets
10 heavy front rack BB lunges
5 strict chin ups
B. 12 min ladder
Workout Notes/Intentions: Part A can be done either from the rack or the floor. Build to a heavy set of 10 lunges- they can be front or back stepping. The 5 strict chin-ups should be challenging, so add weight or a tempo if needed.
Part B is a couplet; you can choose any machine for cals. Thruster weight is meant to be light, something you can do 10-12 unbroken while fatigued. Reps increase by 3 every round.
